Digital Portfolio's
As you're certainly aware, student portfolio's are an incredibly important tool for self-reflection and growth throughout a school year. This tool provides students with a space to collect artifacts of learning that they can utilize to create meaningful goals for themselves as well as indicators of their progress. A good portfolio should also be one that students are updating and self-reflecting on regularly, and not one that is only used during report card time. As part of being a Connected Educator, you will be required to utilize a digital portfolio with your students this year, which may be slightly different than what you've used in the past. Under this tab you will find detailed explanations for two different Digital Portfolio tools that our division will be utilizing this year. Please be aware that if you are a Grade 4-6 teacher, you will be using Seesaw with your students, while Grade 7-8 teachers will be using MyBlueprint.
