my Blueprint Portfolio's
As a Grade 7/8 teacher, you have special access to a brand new resource that was purchased by the Ministry of Education for Grades 7-12 students. One aspect of this resource is a tool that allows students to create an interactive Digital Portfolio complete with pictures, videos and audio recordings. On this page, you will find information on creating a class account, as well as a tutorial for your students on creating their portfolios. While we will only be looking at the Digital Portfolio tool from this resource, there is actually far more content that you can utilize in various aspects of your pedagogy, so please feel free to explore the rest of the resource to it's fullest.
*Also please note, that the grade restrictions are firm and the website will not allow you to use this tool with any students who are below the Grade 7 level. This means that in a grade 6/7 split, only half of your students will have access to this resource. If this is the case, it might be easier for you to use Seesaw for portfolio's instead so all your students are accessing the same platform.

Click on this button and then click the "Download" button to create an excel document with all the students Learning ID/Student Numbers. Students will need these numbers when they are logging in for the first time. *Note: Students will each need their number before they can continue, so make sure to budget enough time for this, or print them off ahead of time for them. |
